Chris Ryan is the business manager of Illinois Issues, overseeing of the unit's budget, fiscal transactions, other accounting functions, and she participates significantly in the unit's strategic planning efforts. She worked from 1992-99 as an accountant in the Office of Business and Financial Services at UIS before moving to Illinois Issues. She has a bachelor's degree in management and has a master's in business administration from UIS. She has worked at Illinois Issues since 1999.
